1/ In case of damaged item during shipment:

Take pictures of the packaging and its contents, and claim with the company delivered to you, then contact us, we will explain the procedure and replace your product.

2/ In the case of a defective product after installation and during the warranty period:

Contact us by Email and we provide the following information:

  • Date of purchase, and order number
  • Complete description of the defective product
  • Brief explanation of the conditions of use and the problem identified
  • Your name, address and phone number 


We give you the procedure, a customer service number and a return address of the nearest customer service center, then we will replace your product with the same.

You can contact us by Email, Phone or Skype, an English speaker staff will answer you.

All our products are guaranteed from the date of purchase. The warranty period is variable and is indicated on each product page by the following logo:


We also guarantee the problems related to transport conditions. Defective products will be traded after their return in their original packaging to the address supplied by customer service.

Return costs will be borne by the buyer, except in case of reception of a package damaged during transport, and when the customer reported the problem to the delivery company. 

Product on promotion may be subject to particular conditions of guarantees. These warranty terms are part of our general conditions of sale and are validated by the customer upon purchase.
