1/ In case of damaged items during shipment:

Take pictures of the packaging and its contents and claim with the delivery company, then contact us, we will explain you the procedure and replace your product.

2/ In the case of a defective product after installation and during the warranty period:

Contact us by Email and provide to us the following information:

  • Date of purchase, order reference number 
  • Reference or description of the defective product
  • Brief explanations of the conditions of use and the problem
  • Your name, address and phone number 


We will inform you where to send us back your item and replace or repair in the shortest time.

3/ In the case of a defective product after the warranty period:

We also guarantee if any problem related to transportation conditions. Defective products will be exchanged if returned in their original packaging to our customer service.
Return costs will  be bone by the buyer, except of items damaged items during shipment.
