What is the delivery time ? Can I track my parcel ? 

We offer two methods of delivery for your parcel, two internationally renowned carriers: FEDEX and EMS International.

The period after receipt of your payment and confirmation of your order is:

  • 24-72 hours of processing your order (except processing delay as indicated on the product page or "sold out" due to the popularity of the item)
  • 3-5 business days with FEDEX
  • 7-8 business days for EMS


After your payment you will receive an automated message from our system confirming your order, then we will send you the tracking number within 3 days after processing your order.

Upon receipt of your tracking number, please visit the homepage of our website, then into right menu "Track your parcel online".

In case of doubt, or to reassure you, you can always contact us by email or phone (our number in England is not surcharged).
