All our products are guaranteed from the date of purchase. The warranty period is indicated for each product marked with the logo:



We also guarantee if any problem related to transportation conditions. Defective products will be exchanged if returned in their original packaging to our customer service.
Return costs will  be bone by the buyer, except of damaged items because of shipping conditions.
Promotional products may be subject to particular conditions of guarantee.
Warranty terms are mentioned in the general conditions of sale and are validated by the customer upon purchase. 

 
AND WHY NOT GUARANTEE 5 YEARS ?
 
A long warranty is not a insurrance:
Often announced by small companies to increase their sales ... it has no real value in case of bankruptcy.
 
The lifespan of LED bulbs is not only related to LED itself... Most of failures come from the other electronic components contained in the bulbs. The conditions of use such as the humidity of the weather, the instability of the voltage,might also affect the llifetime of LED bulbs ...

For us, the choice of the LED components is essential, we guarantee our products up to 2 years, which does not mean that we will not provide any customer service beyond this time ...

Beware of websites that offer attractive warranties of 5 years and more, these are not manufacturers ... they only want to increase their turnover ... when you call them for warranty, they will find any reason to avoid their commitments ...
